Services

  • Individual Therapy

    Telehealth in WA State

    Session length: 50 minutes

    $160 per session

  • Gender Affirming Care Letters

I am committed to reducing barriers to gender affirming care. If you are in need of an evaluation and letter of support from a mental health professional, I will meet with you for 1-2 sessions to complete this process. I offer this service on a sliding scale (pay what you can).

  • Ecotherapy

Individual therapy sessions in nature, near Olympia, WA.

    Session length: 50 minutes

    $180 per session

We will meet via telehealth for an initial intake session and additional therapy sessions as needed prior to meeting outside. This is to give time to determine if ecotherapy is a good fit for you at this time.

Payment & Insurance

Private Pay

I accept private pay- I will keep your card information securely on file and will charge it at the end of each session.

I have a limited number of sliding scale spots available- these are reserved for clients who cannot financially access my services otherwise. If you have the means to, I ask that you pay my regular fee. Please contact me if you are interested in my sliding scale options.

In Network

I will be in network with many Regence, Premera, and Kaiser plans in the near future. If you are wanting to use one of these insurance plans for therapy, please check this page again soon for updated information.

Out of Network

If you have insurance (other than Regence, Premera, and Kaiser), there is a chance that your plan may cover my services as an out of network provider.

To determine if this is an option, you must confirm your out of network benefits with your insurance plan before we begin therapy. If your plan covers my services, I will charge my out of pocket fee at the end of every session and will then create a superbill at the end of each month that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Good Faith Estimate Disclosure

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services- including mental health counseling. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
